The first and third come from my own training work at a credit union and a home care company. The second and fourth are self-directed builds with fictional clients. Every one is built accessible to WCAG AA, because the learner always comes first.

Two records that look identical until one of them isn't.

A non-clinical care coordinator works a post-discharge outreach queue: six records inside one care management profile, a real time budget, and two members whose files read the same way right up until the moment they don't. One case is a true positive. One reads like it, but isn't — and the interface won't tell you which.

About me

I'm an APTD-certified instructional design consultant who believes learning should feel less like a quiz and more like a rehearsal for the real thing.

Over 20+ years I've partnered with L&D teams, SMEs, and business leaders across healthcare, financial services, and home care — several times building the training function from the ground up.

My BA in Contemplative Psychology shapes how I design — with attention to the human on the other side of the screen. I care about the unglamorous parts (clear objectives, tight feedback loops, accessibility) because that's what makes a course actually work — and I'm happiest prototyping something genuinely interactive.
