Coaching Course Architecture

Let's map your course.

Your method works when you're in the room. This page is what it takes to make it work when you're not — the actual deliverables, the sequence they're built in, and what it costs. Worked all the way through on a real example, so you can judge the thinking before you ever talk to me.

Your methodology, built into a course that works without you in the room.

What's inside

What the engagement actually produces

  • Deep-dive methodology extraction sessions. Structured working sessions that surface what you actually do with clients — the beliefs, the moves, the order you deploy them — including the parts you'd never think to write down.
  • Full course architecture and learning flow. Not a content outline. A change sequence: what shifts first, what evidence the learner collects, and what holds the change after the course ends.
  • An AI agent trained on your content and voice. A guardrailed practice partner that coaches your learners between sessions, sounding like you and drawing only on your material. (Signature tier.)
  • Production-ready instructional scripts. Word-for-word scripts your videographer, voice artist, or platform team can shoot from the day you hand them over.
Founding-client rate

$7,500 — the full Foundation engagement (normally $9,000)

This is the founding-client rate for the studio's first coaching clients. You get the complete Foundation engagement — methodology extraction, full course architecture, and production-ready scripts — in exchange for a testimonial and the right to show the work as a case study. Mention it when we talk.

Foundation $9,000

The extraction and the blueprint.

  • Methodology extraction sessions
  • Full course architecture & learning flow
  • Production-ready instructional scripts
Build-Ready $12,000

Everything in Foundation, built out for your platform.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Fully built lessons, ready to publish
  • Learner job aids & practice materials
Signature $18,000

The full system, with you embedded in it.

  • Everything in Build-Ready
  • AI agent trained on your content & voice
  • Continuity layer that holds the change

What each deliverable looks like — meet Dana

Dana is a fictional coach we use to show the work without exposing any real client's material. Every example below is illustrative — yours would be built from your method.

Deliverable 01 · Extraction summary (excerpt)

What Dana actually does — that she never wrote down

After two extraction sessions, here's the shape of Dana's method as she really practices it (not as her website describes it):

Dana's extracted methodology: her move, what it does, and when she uses it
Her moveWhat it doesWhen she deploys it
Names the story the client is living inside, out loud, before touching goalsMakes the invisible pattern visible — the client hears their own scriptSession one, always, before any planning
Engineers one small, safe contradiction of that storyGives the client first-hand evidence the story isn't airtightBetween sessions one and two
Sequences the following weeks around evidence-collecting, not informationThe client builds a case against the old pattern from their own lifeWeeks two through six
Rehearses the hard moment before it happensThe new behavior gets its first rep somewhere safeWhenever a real-world test is coming

This is the raw material of the course. Most of it Dana called "just what I do" — which is exactly the phrase we listen for.

Dana is fictional. Details are illustrative.

The engagement

How it runs, start to finish

  1. The conversation (this page, then a call). You tell me about your method. I tell you honestly whether a course is the right container for it — and which tier fits. No charge, no obligation.
  2. Extraction sessions (weeks 1–2). Structured deep-dives that get your method out of your head and onto paper. Most coaches tell me this part alone was worth it.
  3. Architecture (weeks 3–4). You review the full course architecture and learning flow. We adjust together until it's unmistakably yours.
  4. Scripts and build (weeks 5–8). Production-ready scripts — and on Build-Ready and Signature tiers, the built lessons and the trained AI agent.
  5. Handover. Everything is yours: the documents, the scripts, the agent. You're never dependent on the studio to keep running.
Proof, not promises

The agent isn't a slide-deck concept

Deliverable 03 above shows one turn by turn — a guide answering in the coach's voice, holding the line she'd hold at 11pm when the easy thing is to let it go. It's written out rather than mocked up because the pattern is one the studio already runs in public: a guardrailed agent on a client scenario that passed 31 of 31 automated conversation checks before it went live, and has been talking to visitors ever since.

Talk to Dana’s agent yourself →

Yours would be trained on your method and your language, not a template — and it ships as yours to keep.

Next step

Ready when you are

Six questions, about two minutes — what you coach, what should be different when it works, and roughly what you're working with. I read every one myself and reply personally. No sequence, no funnel, no software pretending to be me.
