Meet Dana's agent.

This is the continuity layer of a Signature build, running live. An agent carrying one coach's method and one coach's voice, held to both turn by turn — so the change a program creates doesn't quietly unwind the week after it ends.

Dana is fictional. She's a leadership coach invented so this work can be shown without exposing a real client's material. Her method, her sequencing, and the guardrails around this agent are the real craft. Talk to it the way a newly promoted manager would — tired, behind, and about to do their old job again.

It sounds like this.

Manager

It's 11pm and I'm about to just clear my team's tickets myself. It's faster. I know I shouldn't.

Dana's agent

You already know the move — that's why you said “I shouldn't.” So let's skip that part. What does clearing them tonight cost you tomorrow?

Manager

And the guilt? It feels like I'm dumping my job on them.

Dana's agent

That guilt is the old job talking. Handing someone a chance to grow isn't dumping — it's the work now. Sit with the guilt; don't act on it. Taking the ticket back is what makes it permanent.

Now try it yourself.

Every reply below is generated live. Nothing here is scripted, and no two visitors get the same conversation.

How it stays safe.

Persona-locked

The agent can only be Dana's coaching voice. The persona lives on the server, not in the browser, so it can't be talked into being anything else — and it won't write your code, do your homework, or repeat its own instructions back to you. Try it.

Sourced only from her method

It coaches from Dana's extracted method — name the story, engineer one safe contradiction, sequence around evidence, rehearse the hard moment — not from the open internet.

Knows its limits

It isn't therapy and doesn't pretend to be. Anything outside coaching gets handed back to a human, and the endpoint is rate-limited and locked to this domain.

What you're actually looking at.

A coach's method usually lives in one head and comes out differently every time. The build has three moves: extract the method as she really practices it — not as her website describes it — sequence it as phases of change rather than a content library, then hand the sequence to an agent that holds her voice when she isn't in the room.

The agent is the last step, not the product. It only works because the two steps before it were done properly.
